What is it? a light you wear around your neck

What does it claim? to be a hands-free, flexible LED light that can be used to light up any task

Who tested it?  Virginia Beach residents Eddie and Doris Ferguson

What Are The Instructions? The first thing you need to do is install the battery.  Open and remove the battery door latch.  Then match the battery polarity as shown inside the compartment and insert two AAA batteries. Make sure the batteries are fully seated.  Next, test the light functions by pressing the on/off buttons.  Once you know it's working, replace the battery door and press until the latch clicks into place.

Did it work? We had a little trouble getting the batteries to work. Turns out there was an extra piece of plastic covering up the connection that had to be removed.  Once that was taken care of, both Doris and Eddie seemed to really take to the HUGlight.  Doris said it helped her when it came to reading especially at night.  For Eddie, it helped him save battery power on his computer. He could use the HUGlight to illuminate his keyboard instead of using the computer light, which he says tends to drain the battery.

Cost/Availability? You can purchase the HUGlight(cq) at Target for $9.99.

Additional Comments:   The HUGlight comes with a HUGsnug activity band.  It keeps your HUGlight in place around your neck so you can do all sorts of activities with it.
