NORFOLK - Armed only with plywood, some 2x4's, a pound of screw, and a roll of duct tape, some adventurous boat builders will be testing their creations in the waters off Willoughby Spit. The 9th Annual Duck Tape Regatta returns to the Willoughby Harbor Marina at 1525 Bayville Street this Saturday, where creative craftsmen and women will put their design skills to the test, and it's for a good cause.

Members of The King's Daughters' Union of Hands and Southern Vines Circles are coordinating the event, that has raised more than $150,000 for CHKD.

13News Chaser Jason Walsh was live this morning with reigning champs, The Devil Ducks, to see if they could hold on to their title this weekend. The evnt kicks off at 8:15 a.m. on Saturday, August 18.
