VIRGINIA BEACH - The Mud Run is back and runners will be negotiating insane obstacles and terrain to help support the Armed Services YMCA of Hampton Roads. This 8k run through the dunes of Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek will test the physical and mental limitations of its particpants, with walls, crawls, barricades, and no shortage of muddy conditions.
The Armed Services YMCA Mud Run starts at 8 a.m. on Saturday, August 11.
