There's some good news for college graduates. According to a new survey, 57% of employers say they plan to hire new college graduates this year. That's up from 53% last year and 44% in 2010. That same survey also found when it comes to salary, close to 61% of companies will be offering graduates the same starting pay as they did last year. About 30% say they expect their initial offer to grads to be higher than it was last year.
