CHESAPEAKE- Chesapeake residents are being warned to look out for people offering to do water testing, driveway repair and other services.  Many of them don't have permits.

It's against the law for any person to offer for sale items and/or services without a permit issued by the police department, so ask the person for their permit/ID card.

If you suspect the individual is soliciting without a permit, conducting inappropriate business or acting suspicious, police want you to call 757-382-6161.
