For your new year's resolution, perhaps you vowed to cut back on the sweets and eat more fruits and veggies.
If you're looking for a way to make them look a little more appealing, the Spirooli claims to be the answer. It slices, it shreds, it even chips, but does it work?
With a toddler under foot, Virginia Beach mom Debbie Marks is always looking for ways to make life easier, especially in the kitchen.
First, she used spirooli on a cucumber, turning the handle and turning the veggie into long spirals.
Next, she shredded some carrots.
Then, she changed the blade to make it a chipper so she could cut up an apple for daughter Emily.
"It might be fun to cut the fruits and veggies in a different way for the kids or for the garnish, for salads. But my knife and my cutting board will probably work just the same and not take up as much space."
Spirolli costs about $20.00.
