Melissa Futrell likes to keep busy. She loves to play sports.
But after two ACL surgeries, sports injuries sometimes hold her back. "There's discomfort all the time. You just get kind of use to it."
The thought of getting quick and inexpensive pain relief sounded good to her. She agreed to try Blue Relief Pain Gel.
Opening it, the first thing she noticed was the menthol smell. "It doesn't stink it's just strong."
Then she put it on. She said she could feel it going right to work on her knee pain. "It's relaxed. It feels like the muscles aren't tight around the knee so it doesn't hurt when I bend it. " And after just a few moments, Futrell said, "there's still a little bit of pain, but it's was from a 9 to like a 2."
After rubbing more on, it was back to basketball camp to run a few drills on the court.
The big question, would Futrell recommend Blue Relief Pain Gel?
"It feels good, feels nice and loose and there's no pain at all. I'd definitely recommend it to anybody. It would be good to use if you're really sore or your muscles are bothering you before or after you do an activity."
The product costs $19.99 plus tax and can be found at most local drug stores.
