Yorgo's owner Hercules Kapos knows all about making bagels and the toppings that go on them. The top two favorites are cream cheese and butter.
But instead of spreading it on with a knife, Kapos agreed to try out the Butter Butler.
"It was a little bit difficult to get it apart. But once he figured it out, "it worked out as suggested in the package."
So, Kapos loaded it with a stick of butter and twisted away. Butter Butler claims it can dispense a stick of butter into a paper- thin ribbon 10 feet long.
It's not just for butter, either.
The product claims it can be used for frosting, peanut butter, even cream cheese. Kapos already whips the cream cheese used in his store to make the spreading easier. Would Butter Butler help? "I'm going to need some practice to do this right," he said.
But he did it right and found Butter Butler mad the cream cheese look pretty fancy.
But looks aside, what does Kapos think? Does it work? "It does work. I'd recommend it."
