Working at Bobbie Bee's Downtown Deli keeps Charlie Baranyai very busy.
But he took a break and put Mushroom Express to the test to see if it really made the perfect slice.
At first, it didn't work very well and that was frustrating. "I wouldn't buy this for my worst enemy," Baranyai said.
But once he got the hang of it, there was no stopping him. Mushroom after mushroom, each slice was perfect and easy to do.
Mushroom Express claims to work the same for bananas. So he tested that out. Baranyai credits the smooth cuts to its nine stainless steel blades. "It's got steel cutters versus steel wire. That's very nice. It's nice and smooth and goes right through the mushroom. It's very safe."
With testing was over, Baranyai was sold! "It could have had a taller holder, so you could have everything lined up perfect. But it works. If I needed one at home, I'd buy one."
