One man suspected in three Chesapeake robberies

CHESAPEAKE -- One man is believed responsible for three business robberies in less than two weeks.
Around 6:40 a.m. on July 30, the man pulled a knife on an employee in the Sonic Restaurant at 969 Providence Road.
He got cash and then demanded money from the safe.
On August 1 around 7:10 a.m., a man with a knife approached an employee outside Burger King at 1620 S. Military Highway. He got cash and left.
The third robbery occurred around 8:50 a.m. on August 9. A man with a weapon threatened to shoot an employee at Enterprise Car Rental at 1636 S. Military Highway.

Police say this is the man who robbed the Sonic on July 30.
The weapon was described as a silver and black “object.”
The man got money and left.
In all cases, the suspect wore a do-rag, black pants or black/blue jeans, black or white T-shirts and is in his late teens to late 20s.
