Teacher arrested for allegedly having sex with student

Chesapeake police have arrested a teacher accused of having sex with a 17-year-old student.
Carrie Ann Bishop, a teacher at King's Fork High School in Suffolk, is charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
According to police, the sex was consensual.
Bishop turned herself in Thursday evening after finding out about the charge.
Police tell 13News the incident happened at Bishop's Chesapeake home between August and October of 2006.
