There's a bonus scandal going on at the Internal Revenue Service.  Turns out more than 11,000 IRS employees who didn't pay their own taxes still received bonuses.  The agency's chief investigator says bonuses also went out to another 17,000 workers with disciplinary problems.

JetBlue pilots have voted to unionize.  About 70% of the airline's 2,500 pilots voted to join the Air Line Pilots Association.  JetBlue pilots had rejected unionization twice before.  These pilots will be the first  union members working for JetBlue, the sixth largest carrier.

America's middle class is no longer the richest in the world.  According to New York Times analysts, thanks to rising pay up north and a housing boom Canada is now taking over that distinction.  Britain and Sweden are also gaining on the U.S.

Nine years ago today, the first YouTube video was uploaded.  It featured YouTube co-founder Jawed Karim at the San Diego Zoo.  That 19 second video, by the way, had more than 14 million views.
