YORK CO.-- State Police have charged a York County school principal with DUI.
Okrika Harold allegedly crashed her SUV into a utility pole in Williamsburg on Nov. 18 around 12:30 a.m. Witnesses say she then drove off.
Police later found the SUV and arrested Harold.
Harold is the principal at Magruder Elementary School, less than a half-mile from the crash site.
Parents received a letter about the incident.
School officials say Harold has been assigned to duties at the school board office until further notice.
