Williamsburg Peeping Tom case
WILLIAMSBURG - A Williamsburg man is accused of being a Peeping Tom.
Authorities say 41-year-old Peter Schellman was pleasuring himself as he looked through a window on Merrimac Trial early Tuesday.
Two people reported seeing the man around 1:00 a.m. - one reported seeing him in the act and the other saw him go to the next apartment building and climb through a window, said Major Greg Riley.
Officers went to that apartment and located Schellman, he added.
He was charged with Indecent Exposure, Obscene Sexual Display, and Peeping Tom.
