COROLLA, NC - A water line break disrupted service to part of Corolla, NC - north of Corolla Village Road to the North Beach access road ramp.
Currituck County Water Department officials say crews have now fixed the line.
Now that water is restored, they say you should boil the water for one minute if you’ll be using it for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, making ice, etc.
Water samples will be collected once service is restored to ensure its safety. The boil water advisory is expected to be lifted at 6:30 a.m. Friday.
