NORFOLK -- It's time to break out your favorite sweater as cooler weather settles in over the next few days.
According to 13News Now Meteorologist Craig Moeller, a cold front will be working its way across the region Wednesday. This will trigger isolated to scattered showers and will usher in cool, northwest winds beginning in the afternoon.
"Temperatures have been fairly steady around Hampton Roads this morning, generally ranging in the upper 50s to lower 60s, but it is already getting cooler over northern and western parts of Virginia," Moeller said.

It will feel even chillier Wednesday night as skies clear, northwest winds gust up to 25 mph and lows dip into the 40s.
Moeller says to look for high temperatures in the coming days to stay in the mid to upper 50s.
