WASHINGTON -- The US Senate will debate a $60.4 billion disaster aid deal on Monday afternoon, one designed to help Hurricane Sandy victims.
Experts say the measure could face a difficult fight on capitol hill.
They say republicans are looking at a smaller plan that covers immediate needs.
