NORFOLK-- Police arrested a man on Sunday morning who was involved in a fatal shooting that took place in September.
Early Sunday morning officers arrested 30-year-old Joseph Donte Yancy at the 400 block of Chapel St.
Yancy shot and killed 42-year-old Harold Anthony Tucker of Chesapeake and injured another man at the 1500 block of Spruce Street on September 2nd around 3:45 a.m.
Yancy was charged with Murder, Malicious Wounding and 2 counts of Use of Firearm.
There is no motive for the murder at this time.
Yancy is being held in the Norfolk City Jail.
