Norfolk shooting
NORFOLK - One person is being questioned about a shooting this afternoon in Norfolk.
Police were called to Chesapeake Blvd. and Alma Avenue around 3:45 p.m.
People who live in the area say gunfire came from two cars driving on Chesapeake Blvd. towards Little Creek. One of the cars stopped and a victim was found; the other kept going.
The victim, who hasn't been identified, was taken to the hospital. The extent of injury wasn't immediately known.
Spokeswoman Karen Parker-Chesson said one person has been detained, but no one has been charged.
