Construction trailer fire
JAMES CITY CO.- A James City Co. man and four juveniles are charged with setting fire to a construction trailer in August.
19-year-old Darius Ratcliff and the others allegedly torched the Counter Production Inc. trailer parked at 4501 New Road on August 28.
The five suspects were arrested Tuesday, October 2 on charges ranging from burning personal property to intent to damage.
