YORK COUNTY-- Additonal deputies are expected to be at Tabb High School Thursday morning because of social media threats the school received Wednesday.

According to police, there will be an increase in police presence when the school opens and when it lets out in the afternoon.

The school was put on lockdown Wednesday afternoon when some questionable comments were sent out on social media, according to York County schools spokesperson, Katherine Goff.

The lockdown came about 20 minutes before it was to let out at  2:05 p.m.  The school was finally let out a 3 pm.

School bus schedules for Tabb High, Tabb Middle, Tabb Elementary and 2 other elementary schools were affected.

The investigation into the comments is on-going.
