ATLANTA -- Graco announced Tuesday that it has issued a recall for harness buckles used on nearly 2 million infant car seats. The recall addresses buckles that are difficult to open.
The company said it will provide free replacement buckles for the seats, which were manufactured between July 2010 and May 2013.
Customers who purchased the car seats are asked to order buckle replacement kits to help them install the new buckles as soon as they arrive.
See examples of the affected buckles and order a replacement kit at gracobucklerecall.com. The website also offers cleaning instructions for customers who have trouble opening the buckles.
