Hit-and-run Williamsburg
WILLIAMSBURG - Investigators say a woman was under the influence when he lost control of her SUV and struck a utility pole in Williamsburg.
It happened around 4:00 a.m. on November 18 at Penniman Road and Vineyard Lane.
Va. State Police say they found the vehicle during their search of the area, which led to the arrest of 38-year-old Okrika Kamari Harold.
Harold was charged with Driving Under the Influence and Hit and Run Property Damage.
