Retailers are concerned all these winter storms may cause a "cupid crisis" of sorts for them.  They're especially worried that this week's big East Coast storm could put a chill on Valentine's Day sales. That's because this day normally is a $17 billion holiday for them.

Speaking of Valentine's Day, Starbucks is celebrating by offering free lattes, sort of.  You actually have to buy a latte to get a latte free this afternoon.  That free beverage, by the way, is also only available between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. at participating locations.

Now if you want to be a big spender this Valentine's Day, you might want to check out one of two enormous suites at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas.  They're now open to the public.  They come with every extravagance you can think of and probably a few you can't even imagine.  Of course, all that luxury comes at a price.  Just one night will cost you $25,000!
