Va. Beach celebrates end of Summer with the Neptune Festival

VIRGINIA BEACH-It's already Fall, but Va. Beach is having one last celebration of summer.  

The Neptune Festival is this weekend and this is the 40th year. Officials say the event has an approximately $18 million in economic impact on the city.

Among the popular attractions back this year - outdoor concerts along 35 blocks of the Boardwalk, the Neptune Art & Craft Show, fireworks Saturday night, the Grand Parade and the volleyball tournament; Atlantic Sailing Regatta; and International Sandsculpting Championship.

The festival starts Friday, September 27 and runs until 6:00 p.m. Sunday the 29th.
