The 39th Annual Virginia Beach Neptune Festival in Va. Beach
A local tradition and Virginia Beach at its finest. Every year, hundreds of thousands of people celebrate the festival’s many offerings! Daily concerts at festival stages are scattered along 32 blocks of the boardwalk and feature a variety of live music and performers. Ignite your taste buds and satisfy your shopping savvy at this year’s outdoor shopping and dining experience-from crab cakes to Italian ice, stained glass to pottery, there is sure to be something to delight young and old festival goers alike.
Includes a sandsculpting championship, arts and crafts show, volleyball tournament, surfing classic, 8k and 5k runs, Atlantic regatta, grande parade, and fireworks extravaganza.

Live music, cold beverages, children’s activities and discovering the best wings in town are all part of the day’s activities! A portion of the proceeds benefit Equi-kids, a local children’s charity offering therapeutic horseback riding lessons to individuals with mental and physical disabling conditions such as Downs Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and learning disabilities.

Downtown Fall Crush Fest 2012 at Nauticus in downtown Norfolk

Two amazing local bands will be playing, Cheap Thrills and Butter along with local artists and DJ’s Kevin Mac, DJ X-Ray (Electronic Euphoria) and others to be announced. Guest bartenders from all over Hampton Roads will be working the event mixing up your drinks for the day.
Come out and enjoy the cool weather at the Downtown Nauticus Outdoor Pavilion while you support your local artists along with two great programs as well. Tickets are a $10 donation and a portion of the proceeds will go towards the Virginia Wounded Warriors Program and Young Adults for Alzheimer’s Awareness. Its for a great cause so you get to have fun and help out at the same time.
Homegrown Local Zone Music and Art Festival on Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 6pm at Five Points Farm Market
Bring your kids, friends and family and stock up on produce while enjoying local music and art! Check out our fresh, local, fall produce, grab a meal from the cafe off our new fall menu and visit all the unique art vendors. Local music and performances will be happening all day.
This event features only local artists and musicians in the lively and colorful setting of Five Points Community Farm Market. Meet up with friends for a jam and network with other local artists and art organizers. There will be acoustic jamming and musical performances on two stages all day both days. Bring your instrument. Musicians with CDs to sell are invited to bring them. You don’t have to be performing at the festival to bring your CDs to sell. Just show up! Bring a chair, your CDs, and a small table if you need one.
