VIRGINIA BEACH -- Virginia Beach Police are looking for a man last seen at the Oceanfront on Sunday.
Police say 27-year-old Charles Edward Griffin of Virginia Beach was last seen in the 3700 block of Atlantic Avenue.
Griffin is a black male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 140 pounds and has short black hair and brown eyes.
Police say Griffin was last seen wearing a black Carolina Panthers beanie with blue and white stripes, a gray sweatshirt displaying a face and “Obey” on the front, gray jeans, black shoes and a silver, rope necklace.
Circumstances surrounding his disappearance are unknown at this time.
