VIRGINIA BEACH -- A man was arrested after drawing a loaded gun yards away from a little league baseball game at Charlestown Lakes Athletic Park in Virginia Beach on Saturday.

The suspect reportedly pulled out the gun during a parking argument at the complex.

According to police, the suspect had left his car running, blocking a path to fields used for parking while he got change at a concession stand.

Several vehicles were blocked from parking due to the suspect's vehicle, so the victim, who was next in line to park, moved the suspect's vehicle about 20 feet so that he and others could get by.

When the suspect saw the victim getting out of his car, he reportedly brandished a handgun to the victim, causing a commotion.

Police say an off-duty officer just happened to be in the stands and rushed over to get things under control, taking the suspect into custody.

The suspect was identified as Nathaniel Ramsey, 21, of Virginia Beach. Police say he was cooperative and was not armed at the time of his arrest.

"Any place, for a gun to come in a threatening way is disturbing," said neighbor Connie Hedrick.

Ramsey was charged with misdemeanor brandishing a firearm, and was released on a $2,500 bond. Police say no one was hurt.
