VIRGINIA BEACH-- Police have charged a Virginia Beach masseur with sexual abuse.
Christopher Brian Beard, 28, of the 3300 block of Rainier Court has been charged with misdemeanor Sexual Battery and Practicing without a License.
Police say on February 21st, a woman contacted them and reported sexual abuse by Beard that she said happened during a masage on February 12th.
According to police, the victim went to Knuckles ‘N’ Knots at 3613 Virginia Beach Boulevard to get a massage. During the sessage, Beach pressed against the victim and inappropriately touched her.
Initially, the victim was unsure if she wanted to report the incident but then became concerned for any other potential victims.
Investigators are attempting to identify any other victims who may have had any contact with Beard. They are asking anyone who feels they have been a victim to call the Virginia Beach Detective Bureau at (757) 385-4101.
