SUFFOLK -- A few streets in Suffolk were blocked Sunday morning because of high water.
Officials asked drivers to avoid the 700 block of North Main Street from East Constance Road to Holly Lawn Parkway and the 200 block of East Constance Road from Katherine Street to North Main Street.
As city officials continue to monitor the storm, the Suffolk Visitor Center was set to close at 1:00 p.m.
As of 10:50 a.m., Dominion Virginia Power said 132 Suffolk customers were without power.
At noon Sunday, the public information number to the Emergency Operations Center will be available for residents to call with questions. That number is 757-514-4570.
