Suffolk school bus fight
SUFFOLK--Police and school officials say four students were involved in a fight on the school bus.
It happened Wednesday morning on bus #53 at the intersection of South 9th Street and Freeney Ave. as it was headed to John F. Kennedy Middle School.
The incident involving the eighth graders forced the bus driver to pull over around 7:30 a.m. and report what was happening to bus dispatch, which contacted police.
The incident remains under investigation and two of the boys were suspended for three days, school officials stated.
The assistant principals also spoke with the parents/guardians about the incident.
