UPDATE 10/4:  Suspect Timothy Vreen was arrested without incident Friday.  He is currently in custody at the Portsmouth Sheriff's Office. 

UPDATE 10/3 2:48 p.m.:  Suspect Raynard Demonte Hill was taken into custody without incident.  He is currently in the custody of the Portsmouth Sheriff’s Office.

Suspect Timothy Levi Vreen is still wanted by police and should be considered armed and dangerous. 

10/3 UPDATE: 18-year-old Ra’Quan Devonte Hill of Portsmouth is charged with malicious wounding, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Police are looking for two other Portsmouth men: 22-year-old Timothy Levi Vreen and 22-year-old Raynard Demonte Hill. They will be charged with malicious wounding, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and conspiracy to commit a felony.

PORTSMOUTH -- One person was taken to the hospital after being shot in Portsmouth Wednesday, police said.

Officers found a 21-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper torso on Lexington Drive around 1:30 p.m. 

The extent of his injuries is not known at this time.

Police have not released suspect information.
