NORFOLK -- The Big Latch On is trying to break the world record.
Breastfeeding women around the world will latch on their child at a set time for one minute Saturday.
The Big Latch On helps identify and grow opportunities to provide breastfeeding support and information on the importance of mother's milk.
The 6th annual World Breastfeeding Week Celebration and BIG Latch On, sponsored by Unique Imaging Solutions, is Saturday, August 4, from 10am to 1pm. It will be at the Portsmouth City Park Ampitheater 140 City Park Ave.
