PORTSMOUTH -- Recent weekend storms left some Portsmouth residents in the dark.
Trees snapped power lines throughout parts of the city Sunday afternoon.
High Street had the worst damage, and police had to close down parts of the road to clean up debris.
Power was restored to most residents by Monday morning.
