NORFOLK -- The state's Attorney's Office filed a motion for more information in the lawsuit filed against VDOT for tolls at area tunnels.
The state will be defending VDOT in the lawsuit.
The tolls are the Midtown and Downtown Tunnels are scheduled to start in 2014, and will cost drivers almost $2.00 at peak hours.
