PORTSMOUTH - Teachers as well as students are getting ready to go back to school.

In Portsmouth, all school personnel are watching a video called "Preventing Sexual Harassment-What Educators Need to Know."

Last year, three teachers and an administrator got in trouble for alleged sexual relationships with students. School leaders hope this video will prevent more trouble.  It talks about how to identify sexual harassment and  warning signs which include rumors.

In Virginia over the past ten years, about 130 teachers have lost their licenses for inappropriate relationships with students.

According to the Virginia Department of Education, relationships often start online through social networking sites like Facebook.

Some school boards have created rules to limit teachers from connecting with students on such sites.
