PORTSMOUTH -- Fire early Wednesday displaced a family in Portsmouth.
Crews arrived to find heavy flames coming from the second floor of the duplex at Butler Street and were able to get everyone out safely
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
The Red Cross provided one person with food and lodging assistance.
