PORTSMOUTH—Mayor Kenneth Wright wants his city to be 500,000 pounds lighter.
Saturday, Wright kicked off a health initiative encouraging people to lose weight.
Wright says he has already lost 30 pounds himself this year, and he’s hoping more people will join the fight against obesity.
