PORTSMOUTH -- On Monday, voters will get a chance to hear ideas from candidates running for City Council.
A candidate forum is set for 7 p.m. Monday night at the Westhaven Baptist Church on Caroline Avenue.
Each candidate will get about four minutes to speak.
There will also be a Q&A session.
