PORTSMOUTH -- Police may have made a breakthrough in finding the person responsible for breaking into cars in Churchland.
Someone stole a government credit card from a car on Heron Point, and a few hours later, it was used at stores on E. Washington Street in Suffolk.
Police are looking for the man pictures above.
