CHESAPEAKE-- One man dies after a hit and run on the 564 Terminal Blvd exit ramp.
Police say that 50-year-old James W. Keith Jr. was trying to exit the southbound ramp of 564 Terminal Blvd. when he lost control and fell off of his motorcycle. A second rider that was with the victim was trying to help him off the ground when a car ran over Keith. He died at the scene.
Police say that the vehicle is a dark colored, late model 4-door Chevrolet Cobalt.
Anyone with information on the driver is asked to contact Virginia State Police.
