Rape charges against ODU student dismissed

NORFOLK -- A man accused of rape at Old Dominion University no longer faces any charges.
The Commonwealth's Attorney's office told 13 news six charges against Jack Ly were dismissed, and another four were withdrawn.
Two other men are still accused, however, in the case that stems from an incident reported in a residence hall in the summer of 2011.
