NORFOLK-- Investigators have identified the victim and arrested a suspect in the fatal shooting of a teenager in a Norfolk neighborhood.
17-year-old Clifton Little was shot and killed Saturday afternoon around 3 p.m. near the 1700 block of Greenleaf Drive.
In the same day, police arrested a suspect in the homicide. 18-year-old Kaleel Spencer Mayhan, who lives in the 1700 block of Greenleaf Drive, was taken into custody.
Mayhan is charged with Murder and Use of a Firearm. He is currently being held in City Jail.
There is no word on the motive at this time.
