NORFOLK- Power went out breifly to about 5300 Dominion Virginia Power customers in Ocean View Wednesday night.
The outage was reported around 7:09 p.m. and was caused partly by a cable failure at Cityview and Granby.
By 7:45 p.m. all but 50 customers were restored.
Dominion spokesperson, Bonita Harris, predicted that about 100 customers might lose powers as crews worked on the problem.
