NORFOLK--Police were on the scene of a shooting Thursday.
According to police spokesman, Chris Amos, a man was shot on Hale street and managed to walk to a nearby business on Monticello Avenue where police were called.
The victim's injury was not life threatening and he was talking with police about what happened.
There are no motive or suspects.
