Update 10/18:  Police say Jalil Sharpe was arrested today without incident in Norfolk. 

Update 10/17 4:30 p.m.:  Arrest warrants have been issued for 20-year-old Jalil J. Sharpe for robbery, malicious wounding, and use of firearm during commission of felony.

Sharpe is described as having a thin build, 6 feet 4 inches tall, 155 pounds, dreadlocks, goatee and medium complexion.

Sharpe should be considered armed and dangerous and is known to frequent Chesapeake and Virginia Beach.

10/17 UPDATE: Police say the victim has died. He's been identified as 21-year-old Jontaz Tarell Moore of Chesapeake. Police say the motive was robbery.

NORFOLK--Police were on the scene of  a shooting Wednesday night.

According to Chris Amos, it happened around 8 p.m on Beacon Hill Circle near Halter Lane. 

Police arrived to find an adult male gunshot victim lying outside.  Amos said the man was awake and talking to officers.  He had been taken to the hospital but Amos did not know his condition there.

There were no motive or suspects.  The shooting is still under investigation.
