Location of fatal crash
NORFOLK -- Police have identified the driver in a Tuesday night crash as Christopher Tonnet, 26.
According to witnesses, Tonnet was driving westbound on W. Little Creek Road, when he lost control of the vehicle and spun off the road, striking a curb and a utility pole.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
One passenger, who was sitting in the front passenger seat, was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
The investigation is on-going.
