NORFOLK -- Hampton Roads Transit and the City of Norfolk will hold three public workshops this week on the possibility of linking The Tide with Naval Station Norfolk.
The focus is to help identify the most reasonable and feasible alignments for the line.
Workshops held last June and September identifed travel challenges between The Tide and the Navy base and then possible corridors that would connect the two.
