NORFOLK-A man was wounded in a drive-by shooting in Norfolk.

Police were called to McDonald's at 1046 Campostella Road around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday.

According to Officer Chris Amos, the man was outside the restaurant when shots were fired from a passing car. That car was found about four hours later - in the 3700 block of Buckingham Avenue - and three people were taken into custody, he stated.

The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment and should recover, Amos said.

The names of those involved and a motive for the shooting weren't immediately available. No charges had been filed by mid-morning.
