Flooding from the Hague in Norfolk

NORFOLK - There are a few places around Hampton Roads that are almost guaranteed to flood during a storm or just a heavy rainfall.

One of them is around The Hague, near the Chrysler Museum and the Stockley Gardens and Ghent neighborhoods.

So, not unexpectedly, water rushed over the banks during Sunday morning's high tide.
